Ladies Section

The Ladies section is well known for its warm, welcoming attitude and, as a result, continues to grow at a great speed !

The Ladies playing schedule and events diary is a busy one with competitions occurring most Thursdays and Sundays throughout the year. On top of this there are regular mixed competitions and match plays which are great fun and get everyone involved.

If you are looking to play something more competitive, the Ladies team travel around much of the South-East playing friendly or mixed matches against other clubs.

The Women in Golf Charter, launched by The R&A in May 2018, aims to increase female participation in golf and promote opportunities for women in the industry.

Purpose and Goals
The Women in Golf Charter was established to address the gender imbalance in golf by encouraging more women and girls to participate in the sport. The charter seeks to create a more inclusive culture within golf organizations and clubs, fostering an environment where women can thrive both as players and professionals.
